Today we had the founder of The Rock Solid Foundation come and speak to us about this foundation and their fundraiser run coming up on May 16th.

TRSF’s mission is to provide resources and support to those in their darkest hour. Offering individuals, families and organizations facing tragic loss a place to turn and find help to rebuild, a light in the darkness.

If you’re a runner or know a runner, this is a great event to help raise money. They’re also looking for volunteers for their May 16th run, so if you’d like to be hands on, let us know and we can connect you 😃
