Thinking about doing another neighborhood BBQ. It would be great if our new neighbors (River Bluff) joined us. Any dates that work for everyone?

Did anyone take a picture of the "plat map" that was on the screen at the HOA meeting? If so, can you share it here? Thanks!

If anyone is having irrigation issues, notify the HOA but Hayden Homes also needs to be notified. Kristi Ringis is one of our (two) board members so include her in any correspondence. I believe the email format is [email protected].

Keystone was called this morning by multiple homeowners about the irrigation water flooding onto the street at the entrance to the subdivision. At 1pm the water is still actively running and they have been notified again. Hopefully something gets done about this in a timely manner. We all pay annual irrigation fees and should not be responsible for this.
