If you have small pets, the coyotes that live just across the street from our subdivision were on the road earlier tonight and wandering the fence lines. Keep an eye on your pets.

Meet the Neighbors BBQ - Sunday, May 18th - 2pm. Burgers and hot dogs will be provided. Bring a side dish or a dessert to share, chairs and whatever you want to drink. Message with any questions.

Good morning, neighbors. It appears that the irrigation is turned back on so it's time to water those lawns. Because the HOA seems to be in our neighborhood often (the letters seem to be arriving sooner rather than later), let's make sure we are all maintaining our front yards, mowing, pulling weeds, so we do not give them more reasons to waste paper sending all those letters.

Buenos dias, vecinos. Parece que el riego se ha vuelto a activar, asi que es hora de regar esos cespedes. Porque la Asociacion de Propietarios parece estar en nuestro vecindario a menudo, aseguremonos de que todos estemos manteniendo nuestros delanteros, cortando el cesped, y quitando las malas hierbas, Asi no les damos mas motivos para desperdiciar papel, enviando todas esas cartas.
