🚨In 2019, the Georgia legislature approved $150 million to replace an electronic voting system because the previous one did not produce a ballot verifiable by the voter. Only to buy new one that still wasn't verifiable.

🚨 Now in 2026, the legislature is going into a Special Session on June 17th to contemplating buying a new system for another $150 million and they haven't even finished paying off the first one they financed with a 20-year bond.

📢Imagine buying an electronics product with a lifespan of 10 years at best, and financing it for 20 years.

The backup solution is already in the Geogia Law. Absentee/Provisional/Emergency hand marked paper ballots made with TREES, a renewable Georgia resource. These backup ballots can be scanned with the existing system. O.C.G.A. 21-2-281, 21-2-334, 21-2-437.

📢Call your legislator today demand common sense!

🚨In 2024, 64.3% of Republican voters polled said they wanted hand-marked paper ballots.

🚨This year, in the 2026 primary… it jumped to 89.99%.Almost like the people got tired of being ignored.

📢CALL your legislators! Tell them we will NOT be ignored.

Georgia,

For 24 years, we have been voting outside the law.

Georgia’s voting machines print a paper ballot that voters are supposed to be able to read and verify. Instead, the only thing that actually counts is a proprietary QR code that no voter can read — not you, not your phone, not anyone except the machine’s software. This directly violates both Georgia law (O.C.G.A. 21-2-300) and federal law (HAVA Title III, Section 301).

Two years ago, the legislature passed SB 189 and set a deadline of July 1, 2026 to remove the QR code. Now, during the Special Session that begins June 17, they are trying to push that deadline back to 2028.

This is unacceptable.

The solution already exists in Georgia law. O.C.G.A. 21-2-334 allows counties to switch to hand-marked paper ballots when the electronic system is impracticable — and counties are already using this method for absentee and provisional ballots. Seventy percent of Americans already vote this way.

In the most recent primary, nearly 90% of Republican voters said they want hand-marked paper ballots. The people have spoken clearly — twice.

Here’s what you need to do right now:
1. Call your State Senator and State Representative today.

2. Tell them: Keep the July 1, 2026 deadline. No extensions. Switch to hand-marked paper ballots using the backup procedures.

3. This Special Session could last several days. We need sustained pressure the entire time.

Forward this email to your family, friends, and neighbors and ask them to call too. This only works if we show up in large numbers.

No more delays.
No more unverifiable QR codes.
It’s time to make Georgia’s elections legal and verifiable again.

GEORGIA⏰⏰⏰ TODAY IS EMAIL YOUR REPRESENTATIVE DAY!!!⏰⏰⏰

For years we’ve been voting OUTSIDE the law.

Georgia’s electronic ballot markers are supposed to produce PAPER BALLOTS readable by the voter… 21-2-300...but the votes are being counted through a QR code that NO ONE can read — not you, not your phone, not anyone except the voting machine’s proprietary software!

That means YOU🫵🏻 cannot VERIFY your VOTE was counted the way you CAST it.

TWO YEARS AGO, Ga. legislators passed SB 189 to finally ELIMINATE the QR code by 7/1/26. But the Secretary of State has done NOTHING to prepare, and now they’re trying to kick the can down the road again with more delays.

GUESS WHAT ?!???—

THERE's ALREADY A LEGAL FIX!!!

Georgia LAW 21-2-334 allows counties to switch to HAND MARKED PAPER
BALLOTS when the electronic system is impracticable...

AND Ga. Counties are ALREADY USING IT for ABSENTEE & PROVISIONAL voting!!!

FLORIDA and MOST(70%)of U.S. VOTE on Hand Marked Paper Ballots!!

NO MORE DELAYS!!!

Stop the QR code!!!

Go to the HAND MARKED PAPER BALLOT backup system NOW.

Make Georgia’s voting LEGAL and VERIFIABLE again.

We have been voting outside the law since 2019. Enough is enough!!!

Forward this to your family, friends, and neighbors ask THEM to EMAIL their representatives too. This only works if WE show up.

NO MORE DELAYS. NO MORE QR CODES. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

THANK YOU!!!

No more QR code...There is a remedy in the law now...Georgia law provides for hand marked paper ballots under the backup procedures in OCGA 21-2-281 and for a hand count under OCGA 21-2-437 when it is "impracticable" to vote on the electronic voting system.

To ensure election outcomes are correct, a trustworthy paper trail must be created. Tabulation by machine, when checked by hand via risk-limiting audit, is most efficient. An audit or recount might not reveal the true winner if ballot security isn't prioritized. Strong regulations and manual audits are key. ~ Dr. Phillip Stark, Distinguished Professor of Statistics at University of California, Berkley, speaking to the Georgia House Blue Ribbon Committee on Election Procedures, 9/18/2025.

A risk-limiting audit checks if an accurate count of trustworthy votes would give the same winners that the machine claimed. It focuses on the outcome, bypassing technology to verify the correct result. It doesn't verify every single vote. ~ Dr. Phillip Stark, Distinguished Professor of Statistics at University of California, Berkley, speaking to the Georgia House Blue Ribbon Committee on Election Procedures, 9/18/2025.
