Good morning, everyone.

This is your latest update on HOA contributions received and the distribution of funds as of today.

First, I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and contributions to our neighborhood. I also ask for your patience and understanding as I work to keep up with tracking all receipts, expenses, and expenditures accurately.

To ensure transparency and keep everyone informed, I plan to provide an updated financial report every two months. My goal is to make sure all homeowners are aware of how funds are being received and spent for the benefit of our community.

Thank you for your cooperation, support, and commitment to making our neighborhood a great place to live. I hope everyone stays safe, healthy, and enjoys a wonderful year.

Good afternoon, everyone.

I have been placed on the agenda for Thursday night to speak with the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen regarding banning the sale of nitrous oxide products (commonly known as “whippets”) in our community.

This is an important issue because these products are being misused especially by young people to get high. What may seem harmless can actually be very dangerous, leading to serious health risks and preventable harm. These products are often conveniently placed in areas of convenience stores where they can easily attract the attention of our youth.

I would like to invite anyone who is available to come out and support this effort. Your presence can help make a difference as we work to protect our community and our youth.

Thank you for your support,
Elroy Winding

Good morning everyone,

The HOA meeting originally scheduled for this Saturday has been rescheduled for April 18.

Some residents have already chosen to go ahead and pay their dues thank you, we truly appreciate it. If you would like to pay in advance of the meeting, please feel free to do so. The dues are $75. Please make your payment payable to CrossBridge HOA. Your early payments will help us begin maintaining the entryways and improving the overall appearance of our community.

Also, we have some young men in our community offering services such as washing garbage cans, driveways, mowing lawns, and car washing as a way to earn honest money. Let’s support and encourage them its Things always a great thing to see our youth being productive and working hard.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Good morning Crossbridge neighbors,

Ladies and gentlemen, we have an ongoing issue in our subdivision that we must address together.

Crossbridge is currently near the top of the list for Public Works service calls due to repeated sewer and drainage clogs. The primary cause is non-biodegradable items being flushed down toilets and grease, oil, and food waste being poured down sinks.

Public Works Director Shelby has asked that I help inform our residents of the seriousness of this issue. The sewer system is not designed to handle items such as:
• Feminine pads and wipes
• Paper towels
• Mop strands
• Grease and cooking oil

During the last service call, Public Works actually found part of a mop in the sewer line.

These blockages do not stay in the street they eventually back up into residents’ homes. Unfortunately, this has already happened to one of our neighbors and resulted in a costly sewer backup.

We need 100% participation from everyone to prevent this from continuing. Please:
• Only flush human waste and toilet paper
• Dispose of grease and oil in the trash, not the sink

Let’s work together to protect our homes and avoid unnecessary damage and expensive repairs. A little care from each of us can prevent a big problem for all of us.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Elroy
