Good morning, Crossbridge Subdivision residents!

I wanted to provide everyone with an update on our HOA dues and the work we’re doing to get our subdivision sign put back up.

We did file a police report, and thankfully, the police department has video of the vehicle that hit our sign. Hopefully, they will be able to identify the vehicle and the person responsible so we can pursue having the damage repaired.

In the meantime, I have someone coming out to give us a quote on the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged sign. Depending on the cost, we may need to use some of our HOA funds toward getting the sign restored.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to get the spreadsheet to upload, but here is a recap as of September 23, 2026:

Good morning, everyone. Unfortunately, this has happened to our neighborhood sign, and it is very disappointing and frustrating. What makes it even more upsetting is that whoever hit the sign did not take responsibility or make any effort to contact someone about what happened.

We understand that accidents happen, but taking responsibility is the right thing to do.

If anyone saw what happened, has any information, or knows who may have been involved, please contact me. I would really appreciate your help in getting to the bottom of this.

Good morning, Crossbridge residents!

Below is the current HOA financial report showing all funds received and disbursed, along with our current balance.

Thanks to the outstanding participation of our homeowners, we had a very successful year. Your continued support and timely payment of HOA dues have allowed us to maintain a strong financial position while continuing to serve our neighborhood.

Current HOA Balance: $2,795.00

On behalf of the HOA, thank you to everyone who contributed this year. Your support helps us continue working together to keep Crossbridge a great place to live.

Good afternoon, everyone.

I have been placed on the agenda for Thursday night to speak with the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen regarding banning the sale of nitrous oxide products (commonly known as “whippets”) in our community.

This is an important issue because these products are being misused especially by young people to get high. What may seem harmless can actually be very dangerous, leading to serious health risks and preventable harm. These products are often conveniently placed in areas of convenience stores where they can easily attract the attention of our youth.

I would like to invite anyone who is available to come out and support this effort. Your presence can help make a difference as we work to protect our community and our youth.
