Mosh Til You Die is on Halloween, so we’ve got some work to do.

Bring shovels, rakes, leaf blowers, and whatever other implements of destruction you have to ECOZ on Saturday, October 24th.

We’re gonna clean the place up and get it ready for the following weekend.

If you skate ECOZ, come give us a hand.

Saturday, October 24th at ECOZ.

See you there.

What does GripTape Gallery 2 mean to BASA? It’s a lot more than an art show.

Every blank deck handed to an artist becomes something completely unique. Every artist who participates, every person who walks through the gallery, every business that sponsors the event, and every board that finds a new home helps us move one step closer to what BASA has been working toward from day one:

Building a new, professionally designed concrete skatepark for Butler.

GripTape Gallery also gives us a chance to show what we believe a skatepark can represent. Creativity. Community. Individuality. A place for people to make something their own.

Last year, we filled a gallery with skateboard art and watched this community rally around an idea. This year, we’re going bigger.

And now it’s time for Butler to see the benefits of an equally impressive skatepark right here in our city

The Zelienople Memorial Skate Park has earned a reputation as the best park in the greater Pittsburgh area. Its importance is evident in how many events are hosted there each year. https://buff.ly/j1W5229
