I am grateful for your support and your vote today. This election is about more than just one person, it’s about our shared commitment to continuing to build a brighter future for all our kids and strengthening our entire community.

Your trust in me means more than I can express, and I am honored to stand alongside you in working toward meaningful change. No matter the outcome, I remain dedicated to advocating for our children, our teachers, our schools, and the future of District 301.

Dear Friends-

Over the past 3.5 years, I have had the honor of serving as a volunteer on the Central 301 Board of Education. Throughout my tenure, I have remained steadfast in my beliefs, unwavering in my commitment to serve our district with integrity and prioritizing educational excellence for ALL students and ALL Teachers within our district. My focus has always been, and will always be, on the students, teachers, and families of this district. My decisions have always been guided by facts and what I know to be true. It’s been a privilege to witness the incredible dedication of our educators and administration while we flex & adjust with the exponential growth of our district. Together we have achieved so much, and I am deeply proud to be a part of the progress we have made as a community and district over the last few years.

In September, I began the journey of re-election to serve a second term on the Board to continue our mission. I wanted to extend my heart felt gratitude to all individuals who supported my petition & encouraged me to run for a second term. Your trust and encouragement mean more to me than words can express. I am humbled by your support and belief in our shared mission and vision for our district.

However, recent efforts to divide our district through misinformation, personal agendas, political maneuvering, groupthink agendas and personal attacks have been disheartening. These actions undermine the values of collaboration, respect, trust, and unity that are the foundation of our community, administration, teachers, and students of our district.

Our district is not without its challenges. I firmly believe that meaningful change comes from working together with the Community, Administration & Board of Education with facts, mutual respect, trust, and LONG-TERM solutions with the focus on our students, teachers, community growth and educational excellence. The next several years will be crucial for the future of our district as many decisions will need to be made.
Therefore, please be sure to take the time to vote on or before April 1st!

Dear Registered Voter of CUSD #301,

My name is Marc A. Falk I have been a member of the Fox Valley Community Since 1990. I am seeking your vote on April 6, 2021 for School Board Member.
I have been on many nonprofit boards and committee and would like to be a voice for the CUSD #301 for our children’s future. I currently serve on three committees locally and they are Kane County Zoning Appeals Board, South Elgin Economic Development Council and the Village of Campton Hills Finance Committee. Other Boards I have taken a leadership role are: The Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce, Fox Valley Homebuilders Board, Advocate Sherman Foundation Fundraising Committee, United Way of the Greater Fox Valley, Girls Scouts Fund Development Board and the Pine Meadows Assoc Board of Directors. I believe in serving the community that I live in and work in.
I have been a resident of Central School District #301 since October of 2002. I have twin daughters that are in Sixth Grade. Since being in the district I have participated in the Title One committee and was a part of the founding membership of the Parent University for the School District which helps facilitate and educate the Parents on the happenings of the overall success of the district.
I have a passion for education and an expertise in the financial arena. I am confident that I would be a strong addition to the CUSD #301 School Board and serve our educational community and children well .
I have been married for 24 years and have resided in the Fox Valley since 1990. On April 6, 2021 I am asking for your support and vote to elect me to the School Board so I can help provide guidance and leadership to this great Community and School District. I am always available for live discussions regarding any questions you may have.
