A great start to this year’s primary service project, Vision & Hearing Screenings for area schools!

Only one week into BISD schools, and so far
- 849 BISD students
- 126 referrals for further exams

Over 1100 vision screenings overall this year, SO FAR!

Only 11 more schools to go 😅 !!

If your school was not scheduled for this year's project, it doesn't mean we can't still help. If you know a private school, homeschool, or other Burleson Area group that needs help with vision and hearing screening, please contact the Burleson Lions ([email protected]). We are happy to help if we can.

It is time for our primary service project to get rolling. Vision & Hearing Screenings for BISD start next week. 👁️ 👂

We have already provided screenings at three other locations this year. Now we really get busy!

We screen around 4,800 students per year! 😅

If your school was not scheduled for this year's project, it doesn't mean we can't still help. If you know a private school, homeschool, or other Burleson Area group that needs help with vision and hearing screening, please contact the Burleson Lions ([email protected]). Last week the Longhorn Council, Scouting America, honored our own Lion Bob Wolfe at the Burleson Good Scout Luncheon.

It is an honor to have Bob as a Lion! The Scouting honor is well deserved for Bob’s contributions to our community over years of service.

Congratulations, Bob!! Thank you for all you do. We serve!
