What a night at 115 Bourbon Street!

The Burbank Professional Firefighter's Local 2083 and Oak Lawn Professional Firefighters Local 3405 would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported our inaugural Fright Night Halloween Fundraiser!

From the amazing costumes and raffle prizes to the food, drinks, and great company, it was a fantastic night filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit!

A special thank you to 115 Bourbon Street, our generous sponsors, including Doornbos Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and 1-800-BoardUp of Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, everyone who donated raffle prizes, and all the volunteers who helped make this event possible.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who purchased tickets, participated in our raffles, and supported our mission of giving back.

Because of your generosity, we can continue making a difference through Project Fire Buddies and other local charitable organizations that mean so much to our communities.

Thank you to everyone that took the time out of their day yesterday to stop by our open house. We couldn’t have asked for better weather than we had. We want to thank everyone that came out to help make the event a success. We look forward to seeing everyone again at next years open house!

🚒🔥 WE’RE JUST ABOUT ONE HOUR AWAY! 🔥🚒

The Burbank Fire Department Open House kicks off TODAY at 12:00 PM!

📍 Station 1 – 8455 S. Mayfield Ave.
⏰ 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Come spend the afternoon with your Burbank Firefighters! We’ll have food, activities for the kids, face painting, balloon artists, fire department demonstrations, and plenty more for the whole family.

Crews are putting the finishing touches on everything, and we’re excited to welcome everyone to Station 1!

As a reminder, there is limited handicapped parking on 85th St. and additional general parking by the Burbank Park District pool at 6100 W. 85th St.

🚒 BURBANK FIRE DEPARTMENT OPEN HOUSE — THIS SUNDAY! 🚒

We’re just a few days away from our Open House at Station 1, and we’d like to share a few important details with everyone planning to attend!

📅 Sunday, October 4th
⏰ 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Burbank Fire Department – Station 1
8455 S. Mayfield Ave.

We’ll have plenty of activities for the whole family, including food from Joey's Red Hots, a visit from 1-800-BoardUp of Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, face painting, a balloon artist, opportunities to learn more about your Burbank Fire Department, and much more!

🚧 STREET CLOSURE & PARKING INFORMATION

During the event, 85th Street from Mayfield Avenue to Mansfield Avenue will be closed to through traffic. A portion of the closed roadway will be reserved for limited handicapped parking.

The Burbank Park District has also been kind enough to allow Open House attendees to use the pool parking lot just west of the fire station at 6100 W. 85th Street.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation with the temporary street closure and parking arrangements.

We’re looking forward to opening our doors, spending the afternoon with our community, and seeing everyone this Sunday! 🚒🔥
