Statement from Co-Founder David Cantu:

I am deeply sadden of the news of my partner Diego Rivas passing, He was a great Business partner, great Athlete, and most of all a great friend. My wife and I want to send our deepest hearts to Diego's Son and his family on this tragedy. Our So Cal Family is in deep mourning and I will continue to do what Diego would do and is to keep moving forward with our vision to making our community better.

Today So Cal Sports family is mourning the lost of Co-Founder of So Cal Sports/So Cal Warriors Baseball Diego Rivas. Rivas passed away Sunday evening from a motorcycle accident Our deepest hearts go out to Rivas Son and his family. A very sad day for the So Cal Family.

Folks this Thursday is a Big Fundraiser for Leadership Burbank Class of 2015. Please come and support them at Flapper's Comedy Club, at 7pm or 9pm. They will have a opportunity drawing where you will have a chance to win up to two ipad Minis. They will be having a Silent Auction with Big items up for Bid. So come on down, have a few drinks, laugh your head off and help Leadership Burbank complete its class project a educational garden for the Boys and Girls Club.

Today So Cal Sports Organization President David Cantu was given the honor to give a speech at the Burbank Rotary Club about his new Non-Profit Organization VGC Foundation. David was also given Recognition today by the Rotary Club with a Certificate and they donated Polio Vaccinations in his honor to aid in the Rotary's efforts to end the disease worldwide. Thank You Burbank Rotary Club for giving our President this great honor.
