What a fantastic evening at Miner's Landing Pier 57!

We got a behind-the-scenes look at Sasquatch Mountain, with an exclusive lights-on tour, a panel with the team behind the attraction, and the chance to experience it ourselves.

A huge thank you to Miner’s Landing for their incredible hospitality, including a beautiful sunset cruise and dinner on the waterfront.

Thank you to our sponsors and panelists for making the evening possible, and a special thank you to Tricia Enseng for all her help bringing the event together.

It was great connecting with TEA members and friends across the region. We’re excited to keep building the TEA community in Seattle and look forward to more events to come!

A great evening with the TEA Pacific Northwest community at the Chinatown Storytelling Centre in Vancouver!

A big thank you to the 華埠掌故 | A Vancouver Chinatown Foundation Initiative for hosting us and giving our community the opportunity to experience this space and learn more about the stories, design, and thinking behind it.

We heard from:

Ken Jue, Chinatown Storytelling Centre docent, who shared the history and stories behind the Centre and Vancouver’s Chinatown.

Justin Ludwig, designer, writer, filmmaker, and musician, who shared how his background in the film industry influenced his approach to exhibit design and brought a creative lens to the experience.

Steve Bedard, Director of Design at Eos Lightmedia, who spoke about the role of technology in sharing community stories and creating connections between people, place, and history.

Stay tuned for the next TEA Vancouver Mixer!
