🚨 ACTION ALERT 🚨

Senate Bill 354 and House Bill 299 would exclude the public from the decision-making process for MASSIVE 10,000+ acre developments.

Local governments are in the best position to decide how and where development should take place. Take action TODAY and email the Appropriations Committee on Transportation, Tourism, and Economic Development before they meet THIS Thursday at 2:30 pm. Tell them to VOTE NO on SB 354 / HB 299.

Bunnell just approved US-1 Park — a 1,259+ acre industrial rezoning.

Highly concerning uses are now possible. Waste transfer stations? An alloweable use. Garbage Express, choo choo. 🚆🗑️

And residents are left asking…

Everyone wants to move to Florida… but nobody asks what’s left of the Florida they’re moving for.

We’re losing forests, wetlands, wildlife, and shade at a pace our ecosystem can’t survive.

When subdivisions wipe out every native tree, it doesn’t just “change the view.”
It changes the heat, the flooding, the water quality, the wildlife...for all of us.

Real Florida isn’t concrete.
Real Florida isn’t sod.
Real Florida isn’t endless clear-cut subdivisions.

Let's stop pretending that these subdivisions and the people moving to them aren't part of them problem. Sorry not sorry.
