❌ Myth: It's all old, worn-out clothes.

✅ Fact: People bring amazing items they simply don't wear anymore—including clothes with tags still on them! (We've all made a few optimistic shopping decisions. 😅)

❌ Myth: There's nothing in my size.

✅ Fact: Every swap is different, but we typically have a wide range of sizes, styles, and seasons. You never know what treasure is waiting for you!

❌ Myth: I have to bring designer clothes.

✅ Fact: Not at all! We just ask that items are clean, in great condition, and something you'd happily give to a friend.

❌ Myth: Clothing swaps are just about saving money.

✅ Fact: Saving money is a wonderful bonus—but swaps are also about reducing waste, building community, and giving perfectly good clothing a second (or third!) life.

Every item you pass along could become someone else's favorite outfit, confidence boost, or much-needed wardrobe staple.

Today we shipped out a box to a newly single mama of three who is starting all over in a new apartment with nothing. ❤️

This was, by far, the heaviest package we’ve sent yet—18.6 pounds! As I was packing, I went through my own home and found some extra things I thought she and her babies might need: a ladle, sippy cups, a crib sheet, blankets, pillowcases, toys for the baby, and hair accessories for the girls.

Mama and all three kiddos have a pair of shoes headed their way, along with several outfits for each of them. We also tucked in a backpack, crayons, erasers, and a few menstrual products for Mom—just in case.

The package alone cost $14.78 to ship. 📦

I never want to have to tell a family in need, “No, we can’t help.” I want us to keep finding ways to say YES. ❤️

But we can’t do this without our community.

We want to give the biggest, most heartfelt THANK YOU to Tasha Seecharan, owner of La Luz Boutique, for her incredibly generous donation to the women we serve. She donated THREE bags full of beautiful, brand-new clothing, purses, and accessories — all with the tags still on! 🥹❤️

I can't even begin to explain what this means.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with used clothing. In fact, I LOVE a good hand-me-down! 😂 About 90% of my own closet is made up of used clothing, shoes, and accessories. There is so much life left in perfectly good items, and we are incredibly grateful for every donation we receive.

But when used is all you've ever known… getting something brand new is something really special.

Being able to pick out something with the tags still on, knowing that someone intentionally chose to give you something new, can make a woman feel seen, valued, and loved. And that is exactly what Tasha has given through this donation. ❤️

These beautiful items are going to make such a HUGE impact on the women we help. They aren't just clothes or accessories — they're an opportunity for someone to experience that little feeling of excitement and dignity that comes with receiving something brand new.
