I honestly don’t know where I’d be today without older men who invested in me when I was younger.

Men who challenged me.
Men who listened.
Men who encouraged me.
Men who reminded me I didn’t have to carry life alone.

A lot of dads today are trying to figure life out in isolation — and it’s exhausting.

That’s one of the reasons we created Iron Circles.

Not more noise.
Not more pressure.
Just intentional connection and meaningful mentoring.
