We’re still reflecting on the impact of our Project Play WNY Series this past February in partnership with the City of Buffalo—and one of the most meaningful parts of the experience was the time, knowledge, and energy poured into our youth by our incredible guest speakers.

A heartfelt thank you to Amanda Treharne from M&T Bank , Vonn Page of Armada CrossTraining , and Marcus Deveso from Buffalo Prep for showing up, speaking life into our youth, and investing in their growth and future.

Your presence helped us go beyond play—creating moments of inspiration, confidence-building, and real-world exposure that our participants will carry with them.

At Blueprints for Success Foundation, we are committed to Enlightening, Empowering, and Enriching our communities through meaningful programming—and partnerships like these are what make that mission come to life.

While this series took place in February, the impact continues—and so does our commitment to expanding opportunities for youth across Western New York.

We’re incredibly honored to be featured on the Project Play WNY page highlighting our Winter Free Play Series! ❄️🏀

Our team at Blueprints for Success Foundation is truly grateful for the opportunity to provide a safe, engaging, and empowering space for our youth during their winter break. Seeing the smiles, energy, and growth from each participant made this experience so meaningful. From physical activity to social connection and creativity, our youth walked away with so much more than just a place to play.

We’re proud of the impact we were able to make and excited for what’s ahead. This is just the beginning—we look forward to continuing and expanding programs like this to serve even more youth in our community.

Blueprints for Success Foundation is excited to partner with the The City of Buffalo to offer our FREE Winter Play Zone during February Break as part of the Project Play Western New York Free Play Series—a program designed to keep youth active, engaged, and inspired.

This initiative centers on creating meaningful experiences where youth can build confidence, practice teamwork, and simply have fun. Programming intentionally blends sports-based free play with non-sports enrichment activities, including creative arts, team-building exercises, and structured youth engagement opportunities that support healthy development while allowing kids to just be kids.

In addition to play-based programming, participants will benefit from interactive guest speaker sessions focused on life skills, wellness, financial awareness, teamwork, and positive youth development.

We are proud to officially welcome you to the Blueprints for Success Foundation — a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to serve youth, adults, and families throughout Western New York.

Blueprints for Success Foundation exists to create access, opportunity, and empowerment through skilled-trades education, workforce readiness, financial literacy, and community-centered programming. Our mission is rooted in the belief that when people are equipped with practical skills, knowledge, and support, they are better positioned to build stable futures for themselves and their families.

This organization has been intentionally developed to meet real community needs. While we are newly launched, our leadership brings years of hands-on experience in construction, education, workforce development, and community engagement. We are committed to creating meaningful programs, partnerships, and pathways that support growth, revitalization, and long-term success.
