Their bravery changed the course of history and secured freedoms that continue to endure today.

WNYHeroes honors the heroes of D-Day and all who have answered the call to serve. We remember. We honor. We are forever grateful.

🌿✨ Sometimes the best thing you can do is simply show up and be. ✨🌿

Today at Wisdom Farm, our veterans found a little bit of everything the soul needs—peaceful gardens, the gentle presence of horses and donkeys, movement through yoga, with Satya Yoga, strength through shadow boxing, with OpOverwatch, fresh air, laughter, and meaningful connection.

There was no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Just space to breathe, heal, grow, and enjoy the beauty around us.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and to the incredible team at Wisdom Farm for creating such a special place where veterans can find respite, community, and a little peace in a busy world. 💚🐴🌻🧘‍♀️🥊

Our new facility is coming along. Completely gutted from ceiling to the floor and more. Our new service dog academy and dog grooming Alford's Angels on the first floor. All offices, services and programs Hope Totes Buffalo and Hope Rises on the second floor. A million thank you’s to New Era Cap, Foundation 214,Inc, and Moore For Kids for making it all possible ❤️❤️

🌿💚 What a beautiful evening with our WNYHeroes Women Veterans Group at Put a Plant On It

Last night our ladies traded stress for creativity as we designed stunning moss creations, shared laughs, and enjoyed the company of some incredible women. Sometimes the best therapy is getting together, creating something beautiful, and reminding one another that we’re never walking this journey alone.
