VETTE Block Club The VETTE Block Club encompasses all the residences of the historic and beautiful streets of W. Tupper St. between S. Elmwood Ave. and Maryland St.; Trinity Pl.

and Edward St. and Virginia St.; and S. and Virginia St. between Edward St. and W. The VETTE, which was founded in 2010, aims to celebrate community and neighborhood through resident involvement, beatification, communication, safety, camaraderie and overall quality of life.
