Tomorrow, Saturday, September 26th, 2026, the full moon is in the sign of Aries.
The feeling of pressure can lead you to want to solve problems faster then is natural. Do not rush as if there is a deadline. Try to slow down so that you can decide what you want to do and proceed at your own comfortable pace.

Today, August 12th, 2026, there is a solar eclipse occurring in the sign of Leo. The zodiac sign of Leo has to do with our own creativity, self-discovery, and where we can use our ego identity for our external goals. Having the courage to move forward as a result of deep trust in your own inner voice.

Eclipses can bring unexpected or unpredictable shifts, and perhaps this eclipse acts as a test of our own journey of self-discovery.

When I think about empowerment, I think about agency.
The confidence to make choices for ourselves. To go after what we want. To make changes when something isn't working.
But being empowered doesn't mean everything will go according to plan. We can make clear choices and still encounter circumstances we never anticipated.

Empowerment = Learning to manage our circumstances.

Can you stay true to your soul’s purpose even when circumstances change around you?

Can you hold steady when life pulls you toward extremes?

This eclipse will bring up these questions. Be prepeared to consider the answers to them.

Best blessings,
Rev. Ellen Bourn
