Mom’s Group is back! We’re kicking off another season of Mom’s Group at New Story on Tuesday, September 8th, and we can’t wait to see you there.

If you’re a mom looking for meaningful community, encouragement, and mentorship, we’d love for you to join us. You don’t have to do motherhood alone!

📅 When: Second Tuesday of each month
⏰ Time: 7:30–9:00 PM (doors open at 7:15 PM)
📍 Where: 3200 Elmwood Ave. - Classroom 105
👶 Childcare is available!

Weekend Recap!

What a weekend 🙌 We kicked things off on Saturday by serving alongside Sheridan Parkside Life Center & helping bring their new building to life with a little paint!

Then on Sunday, we gathered together for our annual church picnic—a day filled with good food, great conversations, and community. We’re so thankful for weekends like this and for each of you who makes New Story such a special place to call home.

What an incredible day serving our community!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to serve with us at yesterday. Together, we helped paint the locker rooms at Cazenovia Park, getting them ready just in time for this week’s opening of the community pool.

It’s amazing what can happen when people are willing to give their time to serve others. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus and making a tangible difference in our city!

🦸‍♂️ SUIT UP – Day 3! 🛡️

What an incredible way to wrap up VBS! Tonight we learned about the Helmet of Salvation and the Sword of the Spirit, discovering how God’s salvation protects us and His Word gives us everything we need to stand strong in our faith.

We ended the night with an epic glow party and celebrated an amazing week together!

Thank you to all of our volunteers, families, and kids for an unforgettable VBS. We already can’t wait for next year!

🦸‍♂️ SUIT UP – Day 2! 🛡️

Another amazing night at VBS! Tonight we learned about the Shield of Faith and the Shoes of Peace, discovering how God equips us to stand strong in our faith and share His peace with others.

We had a blast putting our handcrafted shields to the test with lots of fun games, worshiping together, and diving deeper into God’s Word. We can’t wait to see everyone back tomorrow for an exciting Day 3!

🦸‍♂️ SUIT UP – Day 1! 🛡️

What an incredible kickoff to VBS! Tonight we began learning about the Armor of God, focusing on the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness.

From worship and games to crafts and Bible lessons, it was a night full of fun, laughter, and growing in God’s Word. We can’t wait to see everyone back tomorrow for Day 2!

We’re excited to partner with for our 6th consecutive year as a church! 🙌

Whether you can serve for one day or all eight, we’d love for you to join us. Our New Story team will be serving July 18–20, but if those dates don’t fit your schedule, there are plenty of opportunities to serve throughout the week.

This is a family-friendly opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus, love our neighbors, and make a tangible impact right here in our community.
