Mondays at The Bright Side Cooperative are all about mindfulness! That’s why we call Mondays . Did you know Mondays are ruled by the moon? This means that on Mondays we use them to rest, plan, and prepare for our week and workload ahead. Two day weekends are a thing of the past… but if you do have to work, we want to be the angel on your shoulder reminding you of your strength and responsibilities to yourself! Take today to make work feel more comforting; joke, laugh, talk, or be blissfully in your zone. However you decide to spend your Monday we support you fully!
