We are in for more hot days ahead and that usually means we get a few phone calls about people setting up lemonade stands. Operating a lemonade stand does not always require a food license -- if that stand is at a private home AND it is children operating the lemonade stand. For any questions, or to inquire about a temporary food license for times when you or your organization want to sell food during an event, call (419)562-5871 and select the option for the Environmental Health Division.

Calling all adventurers! Summer Reading isn’t just for libraries anymore!

Join us on Tuesdays in June at Aumiller Park for Summer Reading activities and fun.

Build your own wood block car, dig for fossils, create your own petroglyphs, build your own dino skeleton, and MORE!

June 9, 16, 23, 30 from 11:30-1:00 at Shelter 5. All ages!

These programs have been made possible by generous donations from the State Library of Ohio, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and the Friends of the Bucyrus Public Library.

Heise Pool is now OPEN!
Season passes are available for purchase at the Galion YMCA Welcome Center. If you are a Galion resident please provide a utility bill as proof of residency. A household consists of two adults and 4 children all living in the same home.
The pool is open Monday-Friday 1:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm
