Our national partner, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, featured Ohio's program TWICE in their recently published 2025 Annual Report!

Highest enrollment ever 📈🎉

418,924 children in Ohio will receive a book of their own from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library later this month! This represents the single largest monthly mailing since launching our statewide program in 2019.

After signing up, children receive one age-appropriate book in the mail each month until his or her 5th birthday.

Reading with young children matters. A new research shows that books from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library significantly strengthen children’s early literacy skills and family reading habits.

📕 After receiving just 10 books, children in the program are at least 4 times more likely to demonstrate stronger early literacy skills, like vocabulary, compared to children not in the program.

📕Children who receive books from the Imagination Library are 15 times more likely to respond to and join in reading compared with children who are not enrolled in the program.
