Adam, finally, a quiet moment to say, "Happy Birthday, Son!" Wow, you would've been "40" today. No way, I'm not that old. 😘 You & Jon, like most days, were on my mind a lot today. I couldn't help wondering what kind of 40 year old you would've been. A fit, studly 40 yr old or a 40 yr old with a dad-body & thinning hair, lol. But, instead, you're forever young!!
Praise the Lord, and I thank Him frequently, for your call that Friday before we lost you. That call let me know when we lost you that I'd see you again someday!! You gave your life to Christ at a young age, but as a very intellectual adult, you had been questioning whether or not God was real. You believed in a higher power but you weren't convinced Christ existed.
We...you, I & Aunt Marlene...had many long, deep conversations on the origin & content of the bible. On the undeniable evidence found over the years that proves Christ was here & His Word is True. God had placed a couple of key individuals in your life right before we lost you. They helped you answer those questions which led you to that moment of realization & that call to share it with me. 😊
You are forever missed & deeply loved, son. Give Jon a BIG HUG for me & tell him I love & miss him, too❣️
