Texas C-STEP helps qualifying uninsured and underinsured Texans access FREE colorectal cancer screening services, including FIT testing and colonoscopies.

Early detection matters — and many people may not experience symptoms in the early stages of colorectal cancer.

🧪 FIT testing is simple, done at home, and recommended yearly beginning at age 45 for those not at high risk.
