The Big Kahuna Fundraiser kicked off on October 2nd!
Reminder: Order forms are due October 22nd, and online sales close October 29th!

You’re all doing an amazing job—let’s use this break to reach out to family, friends, and community members to support our school!

Also, a friendly reminder that the PTO is raising funds to purchase a bouncy house for Fannin Elementary. This will help reduce rental costs for fun events like Field Day and school festivals!

🎉✨ Thank You for Making the Fiestas Patrias Parade a Success! ✨🎉We are so grateful for our amazing Falcon community that came together to make this year’s parade unforgettable! 🪶🚗💙 Thank you to all the parents who donated and contributed something for the parade — every little bit made a difference.💙 A huge shoutout to our PTO who led this project with so much dedication.💙 Thank you to our teachers, who gave up a meeting last week to roll up their sleeves and help instead. And to our principal, for always supporting teamwork and school spirit.🌟 A very special thank you to Seth’s dad and to Carlos’s mom, Perla, who truly went above and beyond. Perla showed up to one meeting, found out what we were working on, and never stopped showing up — every single day until parade day, even at 6 AM! 💪 Her dedication and energy made a huge impact, and we are so grateful she plans to continue helping out.Finally, thank you to all the kids who walked in the parade and to the parents who brought them out to represent our school with pride. 🥰We couldn’t have done this without you all — together, we made something amazing happen for our Falcons! 🦅💙

The Fannin PTO is already at the lineup between Highway 21 and William J. Bryan, finishing up setup. 🎉

The parade kicks off at noon.

☀️ It’s going to be a hot day, so please be prepared:
• We’ll have some water for the kids 💧
• You’re welcome to bring your own, too!

We can’t wait to see everyone and show our Falcon spirit! 🦅❤️💛

🎉 ¡Desfile de las Fiestas Patrias – Este domingo! 🎉

Hemos estado trabajando duro en la carroza de nuestra escuela, ¡y este domingo es el gran día!

🚜 Vamos a empezar a alistar la carroza a las 6:00 AM en el estacionamiento de la escuela Fannin Elementary. Quien guste venir a ayudar, ¡será más que bienvenido! Entre más manos, más rápido terminamos.

Cuando acabemos, llevaremos la carroza a la línea del desfile. Entre más temprano lleguemos, más cerca de los primeros estaremos.

👧🧒 Los niños se van a sentar en la traila, junto con algunos adultos para supervisar. Conforme lleguen las familias, los niños podrán ir tomando sus asientos.

☀️ Va a estar caluroso. Nosotros tendremos botellas de agua para los niños, pero si gustan traer sus propias bebidas, adelante.

Al terminar el desfile, regresaremos al estacionamiento de Fannin para bajar y guardar todo. Normalmente tenemos poquita ayuda para armar la carroza, y aún menos para desarmarla—¡así que cualquier mano extra es muy agradecida!

🕛 El desfile comienza a las 12:00 PM. Si no pueden ayudar o participar, los invitamos de todas formas a acompañarnos en el desfile, sentarse a verlo y echarnos porras. 💙
