As we follow our mission to create a better world for women and girls, we are committed to inspire and empower girls by informing them about different careers in our community. We had the privilege to share experiences from our very own members such as Judge Adela Garza, Judge Lori Betancourt, Educator Patricia Cavazos, School Counselor and Zonta President Adriana Leal and Cameron County Clerk Sylvia Garza! Lincoln Park students enjoyed a delicious meal and shared laughs with us!
We appreciate the support from Principal Sarita Garza for making this possible!

The Women of the Year 2025 ceremony recently honored exceptional women, including Dr. Zelma Mata, Lizzy De La Garza Putegnat, Dr. Norma Lopez Harris, Marie C. Leal, and Leslie Bingham, for their tireless efforts and dedication to our community. We were also privileged to receive a proclamation from Judge Eddie Treviño commemorating the Zonta Club of Brownsville's 65th Anniversary and acknowledging our commitment to serving the community.
