DENSTOCK is a memorial concert/fundraiser honoring Denis Downing and raising money for underprivileged children's music education.

Denis always helped younger musicians find the perfect instruments and music teachers. He provided many with a space to rehearse their music when he owned Roxy Studios in Long Island City. The hope is to continue his generosity and impact on young musicians even after his passing. Denstock will hopefully become an annual event to continue to raise money for the next generation of musicians and to honor the incredible Denis Downing.

About two weeks ago we hosted our annual Denstock fundraiser. So many incredible supporters came out and helped us raise over $5,000 for music education and mental health!! What an honor to the legend Denis Downing and a great turn out for a great cause!!❣️ Enjoy some clips from our amazing bands and DJ’s, thank you for always putting on a great show😁🤩
