Nutag Foundation Supporting Indigenous Buryat-Mongolian people in the U.S.
“Nutag” means “small motherland”, “homeland” or “native land from Buryat and Mongolian languages.

A traditional understanding of "nutag" is the place of his/her ancestors. Our mission is to support Indigenous Buryat-Mongolian people living as immigrants and refugees in the United States. We are committed to building a strong community, advocating for our rights, and nurturing our rich culture. Our efforts also focus on assisting with resettlement and integration, while also promoting environmental initiatives that honor our deep connection to our native lands.


Наша миссия — поддержка коренных бурят-монголов, проживающих в качестве иммигрантов и беженцев в Соединенных Штатах. Мы стремимся к построению сильного сообщества, отстаиванию наших прав и развитию нашей богатой культуры. Наши усилия также направлены на помощь в переселении и интеграции, а также на продвижение экологических инициатив, которые чтят нашу глубокую связь с родными землями.
