Some more pictures from the Joseph Palmer Grave Marking Ceremony at Bethel United Methodist Church in Staten Isalnd.

His descendant Compatriot Scott A. gave a presentation on Patriot Palmers’s life.

Thanks to our DAR and CAR Compatriots who joined us, along with BSA, American Legion, Rolling Thunder, representatives form several of our local elected officials offices, and a very nice greeting from NYS Assemblyman Michael Reilly. Thank you as well to the NYPD 123 Precinct for being there, as well.

Also thanks to Community Media of Staten Island for recording the ceremonies.

Thanks to David Peters and Eugene Hough for cleaning the existing marker / plaque and installing the new SAR Marker.
