Reminder, next Sunday, August 2 we will be having our club tryout for 10U, 12U and 14U. If you are unable to make that tryout, we are having another one on Wednesday, August 5. You do not have to pay the fee upfront, if the $250 fee maybe too much for your budget, please reach out and we can try to make arrangements.

We are #38 for the parade today. The farthest north slot on division Street. Please have the kids there between 1230 and 1245 and we will have Parents pick them up after the parade at Dollar General.

Let’s keep building on the momentum! The main difference between Rec baseball and Club baseball besides the competitiveness and the competition would be more practices more games, more scrimmages, and more tournaments. Southern Michigan Bank & Trust (SMBT) is proud to support the Bronson Youth Baseball program with a $5,000 donation for three years, toward the revitalization of the baseball field at Kiwanis Park. Led by a dedicated volunteer board, Joe Drennan, Derek Shaw, Tyler Losinski, Jordon Houtz, Ted Arnett, Lee Case, Daniel McMichael, Kristina Herrington and Aaron Miller, the project transformed an unused field into a safe, modern facility that expands playing opportunities for local youth. Improvements included a new grass infield, irrigation, upgraded fencing, enhanced playing surfaces, and additional safety features. Through strong community partnerships and countless volunteer hours, the project helps meet the growing demand for youth baseball while creating a lasting recreational asset for the Bronson community.

“We’re proud to support such a meaningful project,” said Quinn White, SMBT Vice President, Head of Marketing. “While we’re grateful to make a contribution, our donation pales in comparison to the dedication, hard work, and countless volunteer hours that Joe and so many members of the Bronson community invested to bring this vision to life.”

Additional community contributions will support ongoing field maintenance and future revitalization efforts for the remaining baseball fields, further enhancing the program and expanding opportunities for local youth athletes.
