I am a candidate for District 2 Tribal Council in the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. My father is Berie Gibson and my mother was Mary Louise Wilkinson. All of my family is from McCurtain County, Oklahoma. I am a single father of two boys, Sage and Mikah. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Masters of Museum Studies and from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with degrees in Account

ing. I have worked at the Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA and have been asked to work at the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. I am the Communications director for the Choctaw Scleroderma Foundation. I currently work as an Electrician in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. I am active in Choctaw cultural and social gatherings around the county. I ask for your vote on July 11, 2015 and look forward to earning your friendship on the election trail!
