NorthEast Oklahoma Quilts of Valor Group The mission of the QOV Foundation is to cover members and Veterans of the U.S.

Armed services who have been touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. NorthEast Oklahoma Quilts of Valor group meets the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Broken Arrow library.

This November, we have been engaged in several presentation events. We were privileged to be part of the service at First Christian Church, Broken Arrow, OK, and present 17 quilts to Veterans. Additionally, we made our annual visit to Senior Star at Burgundy Place, presenting six quilts. We extend our gratitude to all who have served! We had a special guest visit us at our past workday. Raven White, a digital media specialist for the City of Broken Arrow, spent the day with us and produced a very nice video about our chapter of the Quilts of Valor organization. Thank you, Raven, it was a pleasure meeting you!

Today and every day, we honor and thank our service members and veterans for their dedication and sacrifice in defending our freedom. We also salute their families and friends, recognizing the strength and support they provide.⁠

For 22 years, Quilts of Valor Foundation® members and groups across the nation have made November the busiest month for awarding Quilts of Valor to our service members and veterans. With many ceremonies taking place, we are honored to celebrate and thank each of them.⁠
