Broken Arrow Citizens Against Neighborhood Gaming, LLC We represent folks from all over the great State of Oklahoma and as this is a national matter, from all over the United States of America.

We have formed to ensure that casino style gaming does not occur in our neighborhood next to our schools & churches At this time we are focused on the Kialegee Tribal Town project at the southwest corner of the Olive (129th East Ave) and Florence (111th Street South) intersection. Our strategy has four essential prongs:

1. Direct federal legislator and federal agency engagement
2. Comprehensive a

rticulation of the germane laws involved
3. Organizing and documenting public opposition (via events, petition collection, etc.)
4. Garnering media attention to our cause. We believe that the proposed Kialegee Tribal Town casino development is highly undesirable for our community.
