Hey everyone! This Saturday is the day we have all been waiting for! I just wanted to highlight a few of the reasons why an event like this is so important in raising awareness and donations for a great cause. Alec Fourdyce has been battling diabetes for around 24 years and his cousin Emerie Tillis has been battling it for 4 years. The one good thing that came from their diagnosis is that they have a stronger bond and have found comfort in knowing they don’t have to fight it alone. The JDRF uses their research to help prevent, treat, and find a cure for type 1 diabetes. We are hopeful that one day these two as well as so many others will be free of this disease and be able to live a healthy life free of any of the debilitating symptoms that come along with it. Brimfield’s Super Cruise In for Diabetes is excited to announce the continuation of our annual event established in 2007. August 3, 2024 will be a day full of events to help support this cause that is near to many. On behalf of the millions of individuals and their families affected by diabetes, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your continued support of such a great cause.

Once again, we are asking for your help to make this year’s event a success. As you have done in the past, a monetary or material donation would be greatly appreciated. All donations are used directly for the event as participant prizes and auction items. Each year, this day would not be possible without sponsors like you! You may also consider sponsoring the Annual Super Cruise-In for Diabetes. Your donations are important to us and we will be advertising all sponsors at all events with signage and announcements throughout the day.

We are excited to be able to now utilize our webpage for the event and are dedicating a page for our sponsors. Happy Labor Day weekend, all! Just wanted to let you know that we just sent a check for $4,000 to JDRF. We could not have done it without all of your support for this event.

Can anyone remember a Cruise in where it wasn't as hot as the dickens?? Well today looks amazing for weather! No rain on the radar, temperature is wonderful, and we already have some cars to see! DK the DJ is already pumping the tunes, we have this year's shirt for $20, last year's shirts for $5, some great raffle items, raffle tickets with a cash prize. Later on we will have pork chops, sloppy Joe's, hot dogs, soda and water for purchase. There is no registration fee, so you can make a donation instead! Can't wait to see you all today!!

It is Cruise In Day! Sure...it is raining now....but will be out of here by noon. This afternoon there will be cool cars, fresh pork chops, BBQ and hot dogs, a bounce house for the kids and a silent auction for everyone to enjoy! Please come out to support JDRF and have a great evening with family and friends from 4 to 8.
