Here we go again!

We are thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual Golf Outing for the Build Better Foundation has been locked in on June 25th at Hartland Glen Golf Club!

Last year was another HUGE success – with your help, generosity, and commitment to building up the workforce we all need so badly these days, we have been able to award multiple scholarships to deserving young people eager to get their starts in the construction industry. We sold out all three courses last year……NO way can we show up with anything less than that moving forward, so once again we all have our work cut out for us as the bar has been set high!

The trades and engineering fields are seeing strong momentum right now, and if you’ve been on the fence, here’s why NOW is a smart time to jump in:

The U.S. construction sector is projected to grow about 4.7% between 2023-2033, adding some 380,100 new jobs. That’s faster than many other industries.

Architecture & engineering occupations are expected to grow faster than the average for all fields from 2024-2034, with around 186,500 openings per year due to growth + replacing retirees.

Construction employment has increased in 22 states, showing region-by-region strength and opportunity.
