Lake Bridgeport Bass Club The name says it all. We're a group based out of Bridgeport, Texas that likes to fish and enjoy the outdoors.

There will not be a 2026 season for the Lake Bridgeport Bass Club. We will try to be back for 2027. We want to say thanks to all the great people that have fished with us for the last 5yrs. We have enjoyed every minute of it.

🚨Championship Details🚨

October 25th and 26th
Lake Fork
Official Ramp for the championship will be Lake Fork Marina
Like all our tournaments, trailering will be allowed

We will be doing a slightly different format for this tournament. We will have 3 total weigh ins (2 Saturday and 1 Sunday)

Saturday's schedule will be:
Registration 6:00am-6:45am
1st Tournament 7:00am-12:00pm (Be inside marina by 12:30)
We will weigh in fish then meet for lunch at the restaurant at Lake Fork Marina
2nd Tournament will begin immediately following lunch tentatively scheduled for 2:00pm-7:00pm (Be inside marina by 7:30)
Times could change depending on lunch

Sunday's schedule will:
Registration 6:00am-6:45am
Tournament 7:00am-2:00pm (Be inside marina by 2:30)

We will crown our champion via total accumulated weight from all three weigh ins.

Winner takes all, however we will be offering a 2nd and 3rd place pot, $100 buy in for those interested. Payout will be 60/40 split for 2nd/3rd. This sidepot will also include an overall Big Bass payout.

Please keep in mind Lake Fork is a 16-24 inch SLOT limit lake.
This means fish between 16-24 inches are not legal to be kept.
We will be checking this very thoroughly, please DO NOT bring in any fish that touch 16 inches or any that do not touch 24, thank you!

Along with the slot limit, only one fish over 24 inches per person is allowed to be kept legally. You must catch the fish to keep it, two overs caught by the same angler may not be kept, and is illegal.

Official measuring board is a Chek-it-Stick

Dead fish penalty is the same as always, we will allow a maximum of one dead fish to be weighed and it will be a 1lb penalty.

Congratulations to Mike and Jared on winning Team of the Year in dominating fashion!

Thanks to everybody who came out and fished this season on a tough Lake Bridgeport.

Flyer for this Saturdays tournament at Amon Carter is below!

ANNOUNCEMENT: At last Wednesdays meeting we voted to have our championship on Lake Fork. Tournament dates are October 25th and 26th. We will be launching out of Lake Fork Marina. Times and other details will be posted soon. Please either text the number on the flyer or send a PM on here if you plan on attending. Just looking to get a head count for safety purposes.

Couple of announcements for everyone as well:

Due to scheduling conflicts, we will be moving our September tournament to Lake Amon G Carter.

The September meeting will also be our championship lake vote. We have opened it up this year to any lake(not just within 100 miles). Must be present at the meeting to vote. One vote per person, must also be qualified for the championship to vote.

Location: Lake Bridgeport, Wise County Park ramp

Date: 8/16/2025
Registration: 5:00-5:45 am
First cast: 6:00 am
Last cast: 2:00 pm
Be inside WCP buoys by 2:30pm
Tournament is OPEN to anyone

Rules:
5 fish limit
14 inch minimum Largemouth/Smallmouth
No minimum for spotted bass
A 1lb penalty will be assessed for a maximum of 1 dead fish

$100 per team
$10 goes towards Big Bass Pot
$10 goes towards the Championship pot
The other $80 per team will be paid out as follows,
3rd - $100
2nd - 40% of the rest
1st - 60% of the rest
