As the summer comes to an end, all of us in Wyoming County must prepare to part ways. Here is what we’ll be up to after we leave Guyan Valley!

- Katy will be starting the first year of her Master's of Science in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University! She is thankful for her time spent with ASP and all of the amazing people she met during her fellowship and summers!

- Lainee will be heading back to school where she will be starting her sophomore year at the University of Minnesota where she will be studying Biochemistry and Spanish Studies

- Grace will be heading back to school where she will begin her junior year and continue to play Field Hockey for her school and Study Civil Engineering at the Rochester Poly Tech Institue

- Graddy will be heading back to school to start his sophomore year at Auburn University where he will be studying Mechanical Engineering and Music.

We are all so grateful to have spent the summer in Wyoming County and will miss this place and these people a lot. Thank you to ASP for bringing us together in Guyan Valley. Until next time!

Week 7
Throughout the 6 weeks different groups of volunteers from across the country installed an SBS overhang and roofing system, a HUG with Blue foam insulation, Subfloor repair in the laundry room, Window installation in the back, and floor coverings in the laundry room and bathroom!

Through our continued partnership with the Cup of Cold Water(CCW) foundation and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to make repairs to this home. We installed new subfloor in the bathroom and bedroom with banjoist and common joist repair, installed a new shower, toilet, and vanity, added floor coverings into the bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and kitchen, installed a HUG system with blue foam insulation, and installed tin underpinning!

Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know this family throughout the year! We are thankful for the CCW Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier. THANK YOU!

Through our continued partnership with the HAC Veterans fund foundation and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to make repairs to these homes. We installed a Ramp, subfloor repair, floorcoverings, 2 HUG systems with blue foam insulation, a SBS roofing system, and much more!!!

Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know these families throughout the year! We are thankful for the HAC Veterans Fund Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier. THANK YOU!

Through our continued partnership with West Virginia Congressionally Directed Spending and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to make repairs to these homes. We installed Ramps, SBS roofing systems, HUG systems with bluefoam insulation and much more!

Our staff and volunteers have loved getting to know these family throughout the year! We are thankful for the West Virginia CDS Foundation that has allowed us to continue carrying out our mission to make homes warmer, safer, and drier. THANK YOU!

Throughout the 6 weeks, groups of volunteers from across the country installed a ramp, new deck boards on the back porch, subfloor repair and floor coverings in the bedroom, and a HUG system with blue foam insulation!

Throughout the 6 weeks different groups of volunteers installed an SBS overhang, SBS roofing system, subfloor repair in the bathroom, floor coverings in the bathroom, and installed a ramp!

This week the group finished the HUG completing the project!

Throughout the summer different groups of volunteers from all across the country worked on rafter repairs on the roof, installation of SBS overhang and SBS roofing system, framing for underpinning, and installation of tin for underpinning, installation of plumbing system for a leaking facet, and installation of a HUG system including blue foam insulation.
