Hi everyone!
My name is Natalie Tillman and I'm writing to you today because I'm in need of a kidney transplant. I have Polycystic Kidney Disease and my kidney function has been steadily declining. I am not on dialysis yet but I'm getting close to needing it. I have very few good days anymore. The wait for a deceased donor kidney can be years long, and I'm hoping to find a living donor to give me a better chance at a longer, healthier life.
