June 4 was a big day for our youth and our program! It was our graduation day and we got to celebrate 11 youth who finished their GEDs and 4 who finished their diplomas!

Tears, smiles, and lots of clapping made up our beautiful ceremony!

Congrats to these youth and to the Open Doors team who made it all possible!

We’ve been open nearly 9 months, the youth have been working so hard, and now it’s time to celebrate!

We have planned an exciting field trip for our students to head to the Mariners game on June 18! Some of our youth have not been to Seattle and most haven’t gotten to go to a Mariners game.

If you would like to help buy a ticket and/or lunch for our youth, we would appreciate the support! Please see the attached flyer.

When? Thursday, May 21st, drop in 4-7 pm
Where? Evergreen Park, Bremerton, Shelter 1 near the basketball court

Activities available include:
🏀basketball, 🏐volleyball, ⚽️soccer, 🏈football, 🥏frisbee, corn hole, ladder golf, 🧩giant Jenga and Connect Four games, 🎨coloring and chalking, and card games!

Helping kids between the ages of 16 and 21 complete their GED as well as provide other service to keep folks heading in the right direction.
We will also have a vegetarian option of our Mac & Cheeese
