I’m so grateful to share that I’ve returned from a wonderful and impactful missions trip to South Africa 🇿🇦💛
One of the greatest joys was returning to the Little Rose Center and finally connecting in person with the incredible group of girls I’ve been working with over the past several years. We hosted powerful workshops centered on purpose, menstrual health education, and helping them understand the value God has placed within them and the intentional way He has created each of them.
I was also blessed with the opportunity to provide menstrual health education to a group of 13 boys at the Little Rose Center—creating space for understanding, respect, and awareness. As an organization we were able to provide sanitary pads, period underwear, organization T-shirts, books, and to both the girls and boys. We will be supporting girls in a neighboring community as well. It was truly such a blessing to witness their openness, growth, and joy.
In addition, I had meaningful and productive meetings with Liv Lanseira as we prepare for our work with children their in 2026, as well as strategic meetings with the CEO of Dignity Dreams. Preparation is officially underway for our Red Dress Charity Event in May 2026, which will be held in both South Africa and the United States.
We also made exciting progress on our menstrual health book and devotional, set to launch in 2026, as we continue preparing for our 2026 mission trip.
I’m beyond thankful for all that God is doing, for every open door, and for every life touched. Thank you to everyone who prayed, supported, and partnered with us on this journey. The work continues, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. 💕🙏

🌍💜 Because of YOU – A Praise Report from South Africa! 💜🌍

Family, Friends, Supporters, and Prayer Warriors—

We are in AWE of what God is doing through Created by His Design, Inc. and it is only possible because of YOU. Your prayers, generosity, and faith in this mission are making a real difference in the lives of girls across South Africa and beyond.

✨ Testimony Time! ✨
Yesterday, Saturday 7/12/25, something beautiful happened. We finally took a group of young girls—many from the Muslim faith—on a spiritually and emotionally enriching hike.

Because of your support, we were able to provide:
👟 Safe and appropriate hiking shoes
🧢 Hats and bandannas
🚐 Transportation
🥗 Lunch and fellowship
📓 Journals and reflection time
🧠 A lesson on safety, mental health, and honoring God as Creator

These young girls, many of whom had never experienced anything like this, broke out into spontaneous praise:
“God is good all the time—and all the time, God is good!” 🙌

This wasn’t just a hike. It was an encounter—a moment of peace, joy, and truth. We introduced them to the idea that our spiritual, physical, and emotional health are all important to God. We taught them that we worship the Creator, not the creation—and their hearts were open.

Incredible, right? AND…when we began preparing them for the hike many of these girls were preparing for Ramadan, yet God gave us—a Christian organization—the opportunity to serve and love them in the name of Jesus.
🙌 YES, GOD DID THAT! 🙌

And it doesn’t stop there!
📚 In our virtual Book Club, where we’re reading a faith-based book on prayer, one young girl shared how it’s helped her grow her vocabulary and confidence. Small things with eternal impact.

As we prepare to travel again to South Africa in December, I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude.
