A local charity that walks alongside homeless families in our area needs our help! Family Promise of Hillsborough County has reached out with an urgent call for support—and we believe our community can rise to meet the need.

They are currently in need of both volunteers and donated items. Here are the specific requests:

🧼 URGENT CENTER NEEDS:
1. Deep Cleaning Volunteers
2. Gas Cards (any amount is helpful!)
3. Laundry Detergent
4. Junk Removal Services
5. Toilet Paper

This holiday season, Metropolitan Ministries is here to help families and seniors in need. ❤️ Register to shop for holiday food, a frozen ham or turkey, and fresh produce at our Tampa and West Pasco Tent locations or at our one-day Holiday Pop-up drive-through sites in all counties! 🎁

🦃 Who Qualifies?
• Families with children (0-17) or seniors (62+) struggling financially
• Those receiving SNAP, SSI, SSD, Medicaid, unemployment benefits, or cash assistance
• Individuals impacted by Hurricane Helene or Milton

📄 Required Documents:
1. ID for Head of Household (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.)
2. Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Lease, Rent Receipt)
3. Proof of Need (SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, or other documentation)
4. Child Documents (Birth Certificate, School ID, etc.)

Our Transform Team is looking for extra hands to help set up and tear down at Spoto High School. It’s a fun, behind-the-scenes way to serve and be part of something bigger.
