Day 30/30!!! 💛

Thirty days. Thirty minutes at a time.

This challenge was never about being perfect. It was about making time for yourself, supporting your mental well-being, and showing what can happen when a community comes together for a cause that matters.

Thank you to everyone who moved, donated, shared, encouraged, and supported this mission.

The challenge may be ending, but hopefully the habits, conversations, and commitment to mental wellness continue.

Day 29/30 — Feel Good Friday ✨

Almost 30 days later, and I don’t think this challenge was ever really about workouts.

It became about people making time for themselves again.Checking in on each other.Building healthier habits.Getting outside.Feeling a little lighter mentally.Realizing they were capable of more than they thought.

And honestly, that feels really good.

Not because anyone did it perfectly — but because people kept showing up anyway.

👉 We want to hear from you:What’s one thing you’re proud of from this month? 💛

Day 28/30 — Thriving Thursday 💛

Feeling really grateful today for the people behind this mission.

The board, the supporters, the friends, the people quietly helping behind the scenes — this challenge would not exist without them.

One of the best parts of building a community like this is having people around you who genuinely want to see others do well. People who encourage you, support you, lift you up, and remind you why this work matters.

That kind of support changes people.

Thriving isn’t something we do completely alone. Sometimes it starts with having the right people beside you.

So today’s reminder:
Appreciate the people who build you up — and be that person for someone else too. 💛

Day 27/30 — Worth It Wednesday 💛

A reminder for the middle of your week:

Protect your peace.
Know your worth.
Stop shrinking yourself to make other people comfortable.

The way we talk to ourselves and the things we tolerate impact our mental health more than we realize.

Today’s 30 minutes isn’t just about movement.
It’s about showing yourself the same care, respect, and energy you give to everyone else.

You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to choose yourself too.

Day 26/30 — Thankful Tuesday 💛

Gratitude sounds simple, but it can genuinely change your mindset.

The more we focus on what’s good, the less power stress and negativity tend to hold over us. It doesn’t mean life is perfect — it just helps us notice the good that still exists alongside the hard stuff.

A few simple ways to practice gratitude today:
✔️ Start your morning by naming 3 good things
✔️ Text someone you appreciate
✔️ Take your 30 minutes outside and notice what’s around you
✔️ End the day thinking about one moment that made you smile

Small shifts really do add up.

👉 What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? 💛

Day 25/30 — Momentum Monday 🇺🇸💛

Memorial Day is often spent with family, friends, neighbors, and the people who make up our community — and honestly, that connection is a big part of what this challenge is about too.

For us, these 30 days have always meant more than movement. They’re about showing up for mental wellness in real ways and helping raise funds so more people in our community can access therapy and support when they need it.

Every walk, workout, bike ride, hike, and family activity this month has been part of something bigger.

So today, whether your 30 minutes happens at a barbecue, on a walk with family, at the park with your kids, or alongside friends — it all counts.

👉 Spend some time moving with the people around you today and remember why community matters so much. 💛

Day 24/30 — Slow Down Sunday 🌿

Sometimes slowing down doesn’t mean standing still.

Sometimes it looks like climbing.
Trying again after falling.
Taking things one step at a time.
Trusting yourself enough to keep going, even when the next move feels hard.

Watching my daughter rock climb today felt like such a good reminder of that.

A restorative day doesn’t have to mean doing nothing — it can simply mean moving in a way that feels grounding, joyful, and good for your mind.

👉 Whether your 30 minutes today is climbing, stretching, walking, or resting, let it be something that refills you instead of drains you. 💛

Day 23/30 — Stronger Saturday 🌧️💪

Rainy days make it a little harder to get moving.
The couch feels more comfortable. Motivation feels lower. Everything feels slower.

But honestly, those are the days this challenge matters most.

Strength isn’t always about intense workouts or perfect routines. Sometimes it’s just deciding to show up anyway — even if your 30 minutes looks like stretching at home, walking on the treadmill, yoga in your living room, or dancing around your kitchen.

Showing up for yourself on the hard days counts the most.

👉 Rainy day check-in: how are you getting your 30 minutes in today? ☔️💛
