Celebrating the legacy of Dolly Parton with one of her cocktails: The Dirt Road Martini - Vodka, Sweet Tea, Brine, and Olives.

We are so saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton. As fans and as people who grew up with her light and wisdom.

Who didn’t love Dolly?

Dolly is an inspiration to us here at Oysters Rock Hospitality. As a musician and philanthropist, her service and investment in children’s literacy and local community is a core value we share with Shuckin’ Good Cause’s programs: Dive Into Reading and our Book Nooks across our restaurants.

“Inspiring kids to love to read became my mission. In the beginning, my hope was simply to inspire the children in my home county but here we are today with a worldwide program that gives a book a month to well over 3 million children.

Of course, I have not done this alone. The real heroes of our story are the thousands of local organizations who have embraced my dream and made it their own.
