As we prepare for our Growth Over Time Gala next week, we’ve been taking time to reflect on just how much has happened this year.

What started as a simple idea — mentorship, character, and connection — has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

✅ Students mentored
✅ Schools partnered with
✅ Community events created
✅ Lives impacted right here in our backyard

Every milestone represents a young person who felt supported, seen, and believed in.

And the best part?

We’re just getting started.

Sometimes impact looks like programs, events, or partnerships.

We’ve been busy in the best way.

Last year, we started with Conneaut.
One school. One group of kids. One clear mission: show up consistently and do the work that matters.

This year, that work has grown.
We’re now partnered with Crim and Kenwood, allowing us to reach more kids who need structure, mentorship, and someone in their corner.

Expansion isn’t about numbers for us.
It’s about impact.
More schools means more relationships, more consistency, and more opportunities to help kids build confidence, direction, and belief in themselves.

This is what progress looks like.
And we’re just getting started.
