The Community Foundation was honored to celebrate these young people and their incredible accomplishment. Through the Foundation's Community Impact Grant and the Paulette Wells Family Fund Grant, our hope was to create and opportunity for participants to explore the arts, discover their creativity, build confidence and have a chance to share their voices. To now see their work recognized through the New Kentucky Home Arts and Writing Contest is incredibly rewarding. This is what community investment is all about. We are so proud to have been a small part of their journey and we congratulate everyone of you on this wonderful achievement! Congratulations!

When women come together with a shared vision for a stronger community, incredible things happen.
Through the generosity and leadership of the Community Foundation's Women's Fund, grants have supported projects that create lasting impact long after the initial investment is made. One inspiring example is the mobile van for BRASS (Barren River Area Safe Space), which continues to serve individuals and families throughout our region.
This funding wasn't just about purchasing a vehicle it was about expanding access, meeting people where they are, and creating opportunities for support that continue to give back year after year. The Women's Fund invests in innovative solutions that strengthen our community and improve lives for generations to come.

It wonderful to see our grant dollars in actions. The Community Foundation helps fill the gaps through our Donor Advised Funds and unrestricted grant dollars.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to the Community Foundation for supporting the KAP Team as we help Prime Time participants in developing teamwork, active listening, communication, and turn-taking skills through the engaging world of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. We are incredibly grateful for community partners who believe in creating meaningful and engaging learning opportunities for the participants we serve.

We are proud to celebrate HOTEL INC, named Nonprofit of the Year by the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce at the Excellence Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, May 12—an honor sponsored by the Community Foundation of South Central Kentucky.
HOTEL INC continues to be a vital force in our community, providing essential services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Through emergency shelter, meals, case management, and long-term housing support, they offer not only immediate relief but a pathway toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Their compassionate, hands-on approach is making a lasting difference in Bowling Green, helping people move from crisis to hope.
