Vette City Roller Derby www.vettecityrollerderby.com Founded in August 2009, Vette City Roller Derby is Bowling Green's first and only roller derby league.

The A-team, the Vette City Vixens, and the B-team, the Bowling Green Hot Broads, are composed of dedicated athletes who train both on and off the track. For us, roller derby isn't just a sport: it's a way of life. We are proud that VCRD was accepted as a full member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association in June 2013 and have continued to climb in national ranking ever since. WFTDA is the governing body of modern flat-track roller derby, and being affiliated with them allows VCRD to compete at a higher level both in the region and around the nation. Interested in joining our league? We offer periodic new-skater boot camps, message us directly and stay tuned to this page for information. Interested referees, volunteers, and non-skating officials are welcome any time -- just drop us a line! Follow us on Instagram and Tiktok
