Join us as we come together to raise awareness, support maternal mental health, and Climb toward hope—one step at a time. This is a free community resource event that will include fun games, prizes, and activities for the whole family while you learn about resources that support families in our community.

Every Tuesday morning at 10 a.m, you can join Hannah at SOKY Center for Moms on the Move! This donation based class is designed for moms and children of all levels! Each class incorporates Pilates and other exercises to a fun upbeat playlist. Bring your babies & preschool aged children as we celebrate our bodies, get in a great workout, and meet with a community of supportive moms! No registration required!

🌟 Exciting News for Mental Health Providers! 🌟

PSI Kentucky, in collaboration with PSI Central, is thrilled to announce two in-person Perinatal Mental Health Trainings coming to Louisville, KY this October 1–3, 2025! 💜

Thanks to generous support from KyCompass and the Kentucky Perinatal Quality Collaborative (KyPQC), 100 scholarships are available to cover the full cost of registration (just a $25 admin fee per course applies)!
