You may notice them pulling away, losing interest in things they love, acting differently, or saying something that makes you pause.

Don’t ignore it.

Check in. Ask how they’re really doing. Listen without judging

You don’t have to have the perfect words or fix everything. Sometimes, simply letting someone know, “I’m here with you,” can mean more than you realize

You think asking for help means your faith isn’t strong enough

No, it doesn’t.

Faith doesn’t mean pretending you’re okay when you’re hurting. It doesn’t mean carrying everything alone or suffering quietly because you believe you should be able to “pray through it.”

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is say: “I need help.”

Talk to someone you trust. Reach out to a counselor, a loved one, a pastor, or someone who can help you through what you’re carrying

God can meet you in prayer
And He can meet you through people too
