Today as we think back on this amazing weekend in Bowdon, there were so many people who volunteered their time and resources. THANK YOU! Our town may be small but our hearts are huge.

Thank you to all of the businesses that sponsored and especially to Wholesale Ag for the AMAZING fireworks show last night!!!!!

Don’t forget to continue supporting the Bowdon Centennial Museum, Bowdon Cafe, Bowdon Grocery Store, The Duck Bar and Grill, Bowdon Meat Processing, Bowdon Development, Bowdon Ambulance, and Bowdon Fire Department.

Join Us for Bowdon's 125th Celebration Parade!

⏰ When: TODAY at 11:00AM

Come and watch the parade as it winds through our beautiful town. Bring your family and friends, grab a good spot along the route, and enjoy the festive floats!

Don't forget to vote for your favorite float! Voting sheets will be handed out along the parade route and you can drop them off at the voting table along Main St.

Get ready for tomorrow! It all starts at 8am with the 5K run/walk. Check in and registration starts at 7:30am by the community center.

Then the Free Color Run will get going at 9am and starts at the community center.

Come for the parade at 11am. Line is at 10:30am on the West side of Railway St.

Good News/Bad News

Bad news is the fireworks were a no go tonight because a storm blew up.

Good News is the show will now happen tomorrow night during intermission of Tripwire!!!!!

A huge Thank You to Richard Zink and the Wholesale Ag team for the setup they did tonight and for coming back tomorrow.

I hope everyone is hungry! Bowdon will be the place be from 5-7pm under the tent for pulled pork, brisket, and more! You can pay at the door. Adults are $25 each and $60 for a family. Stay after supper for the street dance and fireworks!!!
