Welcome our 2023 Race Team Captains. We have big plans for these programs and couldn’t be happier with these two leading the charge.

is a second year RDC member, primarily focusing on gravel racing this year. By trade, she is a pediatric occupational therapist, but her dream job would to be a librarian. When she is not her bike, you can find her refurbishing furniture, searching for a good wave and a cold Pacifico, or scouring the shelves at the local library.

is a third-year racer and first time RDC team member. Currently cat 3, she specializes in road/circuit races (but isn't afraid of a little gravel!). When not riding, Kirby is either cuddling with her two kittens or eating lots of food

.cycle.repeat is the Race Team Director of RDC. Outside of RDC, she is a mother to an 11 year old daughter named Sophie, firefighter wife, fur mama to Otie (dog) and Loki (chunky cat), and a full time hairstylist.

This season Airika is looking forward to building up a supportive and successful race team. As well as seeing the growth of each and every member of the entire Collective.

is the Community Director of RDC. Outside of her time on the bike, Taylor is a Registered Dietitian. She works for a medical nutrition company full time and runs her small nutrition coaching business, Tune Up Nutrition, on the side. This season Taylor is looking forward to the Wednesday rides from Full Cycle and getting up Chapman any chance she can get.

We make a pretty good pair !

That’s a wrap on ride one for some winter training with Rapha Boulder. Winter calls for a little extra motivation and we found that today. The women+ were strong and worked together to push and to protect one another.

If you didn’t come to the first ride don’t worry. We will have more opportunities to learn some fun pack riding skills and put a little pressure on the pedals.

There were so many different abilities on the ride but we all stuck together. There’s power in numbers, watts in numbers and recovery in numbers. Give it a shot with us next time!

Join us every Wednesday through September for bikes, beer and Trivia!

We have 2 groups rolling out.

This week, our Spicy group will finally tackle Joder via lefthand (hopefully). If you've been coming to the Wednesday rides, we have yet to successfully execute a Joder route due to unexpected afternoon storms, so fingers crossed that the weather is in our favor this week! 🤞

The mild group will also be rolling through lefthand trail and then will make a right hand turn on Oxford and make their way back by looping around the gravel on the res. 🤙

——

“Spicy” group expectations are that you always practice excellent group etiquette by calling things out, are comfortable riding in large groups, know the route, can average 17+mph in the group, and are ok with being dropped.

“Mild” group expectations are that riders improve their group etiquette, practice riding safely, are comfortable riding in medium-sized groups, and can average 14-16mph

Regroups for both groups are communicated at the start of the ride.

This week’s routes can be found in 🔗 in bio

Let us know if you have any questions and we’ll see you out there!
