Koru Foundation: Mentoring for New Beginnings Koru Foundation

During the week our mentors will accompany our students to local rock climbing gyms where there will be a certain amount of time designated to home work rewarded by full use of the rock climbing gym afterwards. Our mentors will also lead students in community service projects to help them connect to their community, fulfill community service hours and gain vocational skills. Once finished we will

partake in various outdoor recreation incentives including rock climbing, rafting/kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, camping and much more! Our hope is to provide positive role models and confidence building experiences to support our students in having fun while building a stronger foundation for their futures!
